Welcome to Diyosdynamicheart.org.  Within the pages of this site, you will find out all about Diyombu (Diyo) Jacques Muyumba.  You can find out about the details of his amazing story, the history of his heart condition, his current physcial condition, his family, and ways that you can help him.
 
You will also find links to websites regarding organ donation, and how you can register to be an organ donor.  If it weren't for a very special someone and their family, Diyo would not have the second chance at life that he has gotten since his heart transplant on January 2nd, 2012. 

We do not require that you belong to any particular religious affiliation or financially support our organization in any way. We do ask that you return one good deed with another and perform an act of kindness. This way, the cycle of compassion and goodwill continues indefinitely.
